I live in Meredith with my wife, Chelsea, and our three daughters. I enjoy just about everything New Hampshire has to offer. In the winter, if I’m not at the Statehouse, you can find me skiing at Gunstock or maybe doing a little ice fishing. In the summer, I enjoy golfing and boating on our beautiful lake.
I moved to the Granite State in 2011 after growing up in Tampa, FL, with my mother and younger brother, and spending summers in Arkansas with my father. I grew up dreaming of becoming an airline pilot. During high school, I worked at a local airport, sweeping hangars and refueling small planes, to earn enough money to get my pilot’s license at 17 years old. I worked my way up through hard work in aviation and eventually landed my dream job as an airline pilot for a major airline. Some highlights of my career include flying to almost every continent—still working on making it to Antarctica—having the honor of flying American troops home from overseas deployments, being selected for the training department of a worldwide airline where I taught incoming pilots how to fly a 250-passenger airliner and operate it in dynamic environments across the globe, and, last but not least, getting to fly some of my family on my flights to nicer destinations.
After achieving success in my career, I was able to turn to public service and was elected to the New Hampshire legislature in 2022. In my first term, I served on the Transportation Committee and focused mainly on reforming our vehicle inspection rules. I sponsored multiple bills, ranging from safe haven laws that make it easier to surrender unwanted infants, which will save lives, to cutting some red tape around carrying your boating safety certificate, to fighting cyanobacteria and mitigating the cost to local taxpayers when blooms occur.
